Our services are divided into three main streams: Policy Design, Implementation and Surveillance. The section below explains how these three stream work and enable us to provide a comprehensive and targeted services to our Clients.
In policy design we assist Governments and International Organisations in employing Good Regulatory Practice principles in designing policies in the trade, investment, banking and finance, capital markets, gender empowerment, ease of doing business, health and disability, intellectual property rights, telecommunications, media and technology, education, energy, manufacturing and global value chain sectors.
Once a policy has been implemented either in the form of a regulation or non-regulation we assist our Clients in navigating their journey through these policies. Our high-level knowledge in the policy design enables us to support Clients who are encountering problems due to the policy implentation matters.
Our continuous surveillance operation ensures a timely identification of laws and regulations as well as Bills and draft regulations that may hinder fair and transparent competition in the market and violate international trade commitments. We would then flag these findings to our Clients so they can anticipate the impacts on their business and timely act on the information.
