Dr. Auxentius Andry Yudhianto, SH, LLM, PhD

Mr. Yudhianto is known as a leading Indonesian corporate lawyer. He started his law career in the biggest Jakarta corporate Law Firm where he was acknowledged as the expert in development work, telecommunications, broadcasting and multimedia sector and also mergers & acquisitions. His experience as the Legal Manager of the largest Indonesian Independent Telecommunications Tower Company has made his skill set very comprehensive as a lawyer who does not only understand how to provide legal advice but also understand how it is implemented in practice and what does a client expect from their lawyers. Mr. Yudhianto’s practical approach to his clients and his ability to bridge cultural gaps in managing various governmental and corporate transactions has given him accolades from his clients as the “Deal Maker” lawyer.

Mr Yudhianto completed his Master and Doctoral (PhD) degrees in International Law at the Faculty of Law, the University of Auckland, New Zealand under the NZ-ASEAN Scholarship Awards. His research focuses on the intersection between International Law, Intellectual Property Law and Constitutional Law. This further strengthens the Firm’s focus as an international-oriented law firm that strives to focus on international and cross-border transactions.

Mr. Yudhianto is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and the Indonesian Capital Market Lawyers’ Association (HKHPM).
