Andry is known as a leading Indonesian corporate, trade and investment lawyer. He started his law career in Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners, the Jakarta office of Baker & McKenzie International. He is acknowledged as an expert in telecommunications, corporate and commercial, international trade and investments, securities and mergers & acquisitions. In recent years Andry is actively involved in advising the Government of Indonesia in international trade and investment issues, and ease of doing business reforms in Indonesia.
Andry completed his Bachelor degree from the University of Indonesia and completed his Master and Doctoral (PhD) degree in International Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Auckland, New Zealand under the New Zealand ASEAN Scholarship Awards.
Andry’s extensive international exposure further strengthens the Firm’s focus as an international-oriented law firm that strives to be the expert on international and cross-border transactions.
Andry is admitted to practice in Indonesia and can advise clients on international law matters. He is also a licensed Capital Market Lawyer and a member of the Indonesian Capital Market Lawyers Association (HKHPM).

Arshella is one of the Firm’s co-founders. She focuses on Capital Markets and Securities, Telecommunications and Corporate Financing. She worked for several years in Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners, the Jakarta office of Baker & McKenzie International. She was also the Head of Legal at PT First Media, Tbk, one of the largest multimedia companies in Indonesia. Arshella obtained her Bachelor degree from the Faculty of Law of the Parahyangan Catholic University in Bandung, Indonesia and completed her Master of Laws in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia under the Australian Development Scholarship. More recently, she completed her Graduate Diploma in Common Law from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
Ms. Arshella is admitted to practice in Indonesia and she is a member of the Indonesian Capital Market Lawyers Association (HKHPM). Ms. Arshella is also the first Indonesian lawyer who is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
